This Phase 1b/2 study, sponsored by MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, investigates the combination of 177Lu-girentuximab (TLX250) with cabozantinib and nivolumab in patients who have not received treatment for advanced clear cell RCC. The trial aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of this novel combination therapy.
Who can participate?

You may be able to participate if:
- You have locally advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma
- You have not received any frontline systemic therapy for metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer)
- You meet other specific inclusion criteria set by the study
